The Terms and Conditions of Business and Use specified herein shall apply to the terms and conditions of business and use of the bioproizvodi.com and the conclusion of distance agreements by the means of distance communication, unless the Contracting Parties (the Seller and Buyer) agree otherwise. The Terms and Conditions of Business and Use are subject to the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/14) and the Civil Obligations Act (OG 35/05 and OG 41/08). Please pay special attention to the difference between the conditions relating to the purchase (agreement) at the point of sale in the store and the purchase through the concluded distance agreement (the Internet store).

When ordering products by the means of distance communication, the Buyer will immediately be introduced to the complete prescribed information referred to in Article 57, and in accordance with Article 66 point 2 of the Consumer Protection Act.

You need to register on our website to be able to order products.

Following the registration, you can proceed searching for products.

You add the desired product to the cart and order it in classic fashion. After having ordered the desired product, a message about the price and availability of the product will be sent to your e-mail address.

If we have the requested product in stock, we will immediately send you a proforma invoice according to which you can pay for the selected product. Otherwise, we will send you a notification about the time limit by which the product will be available.

The proforma invoice shall contain all the necessary information on the payment of the ordered product.

You can also order the products with no price listed. We will inform you about the price and availability thereof by electronic mail.

PRICES

All prices are in HRK (Croatian kuna) with VAT included. Prices are valid at the moment of placing the order; in the event that the price changes during the order process, the Seller will notify the Buyer in advance. We reserve the right to make mistakes; hence should any errors occur, you will be notified.
